I was out a few days ago to get more photos. This set of photos is from the same place as the last photos. It's less than 100m from my house. There is the odd photo where you see a house but it's not mine.
Thanks for sharing your tree pictures Keith. I put a search into Google: How many trees are there in Canada? This was the AI response: Canada has approximately 318 billion trees, placing it second globally in tree population behind Russia. This vast number is part of the world's boreal forest, which represents a significant portion of the global forest cover and contributes to Canada being the most forested country in the world by area per capita.
Beautiful photos... now that it's getting cooler and the first autumn mist is drifting over the fields in the morning, I'm looking forward to this time of year with the brief splendor of the colorful trees... hug
Dear Red ,thank you so much for making my day with such gorgeous glimpse of your surroundings.it amazes me how dazzling beauty of fall cast spell on senses 🥹🥰👍

ReplyDeleteI would think we would have far more than 318 billion trees. However, I'm not going to quibble with AI
DeleteI like the shadows at this time of year.
ReplyDeleteYes, shadows start to get very long at this time of year.
DeleteWe’re enjoying our autumn too.
ReplyDeleteYou have very colorful falls there . I've never been to Ontario in the fall so I've missed those colors.
DeleteI love seeing autumn colours like these! I see they were taken on the 20th, I guess by now they would be even more colourful!
ReplyDeletethere's more color but some of the leaves have dropped.

ReplyDeleteThat was seven days ago. We are losing many leaves now. the best of the color is gone.
DeleteNice looking trees. Ours get blown off the tree before they can even begin to change.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had big winds this year so not much had dropped when I took these photos 7 days ago.
