A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BLOG

I have recommended several blogs over the years. I have a special blog that I'm  going to recommend now.

My daughter has started a blog and I'm very proud of her and I'm sure she will have a first class blog.

Let's use the way back machine.

In 2008 my daughter set up the bare bones on Hiawatha House. She was leaving right away so left me to sort out the details which I did over a few years. From time to time I've asked her for advice. I've had her edit a few posts. She's very critical.

She's a very good writer and communicator She's been that way since before she started school. So what degree does she take? A BA in communication. Her writing is clear and logical. She also has a sharp wit. She is opinionated but forms her opinions on information.

But her new blog is going to be on stuff. Lots of stuff. You'll be surprised.

She surprised me when she said she was starting a blog and she surprised me when a saw the first posts.

So am I proud? You bet I am!

  1. I would love to read your daughter's blog but I could not find the link? If she is anything like her Dad I know it will be a great blog!

  10. Hi Red, Thanks for telling us about Michelle’s blog. What a nice blog! Very well organized and has a great design. I especially like the way she will be covering various topics of interest to her. I just read her post on tomatoes. Had to smile when she said, “I grew up with a dad who loved to garden [still does!] and was/is especially keen on his tomatoes.”

  16. That is great! I'll have to check out her blog. My younger daughter is in her last year in university for her BA in communications, and she also has a blog. So we are both proud parents :)

  19. Thanks for pointing her blog out, Red.

I'll have to wait to comment, as it's set up to take comments through Facebook. I'm persona non grata as far as that site is concerned for at least a couple more weeks.

  20. Thanks for the heads-up on your daughter's blog, Red. I too plan to check it out, but if it is set up to accept comments through Facebook, I will only read it as I don't use FB.
