A Fine Winter Afternoon
This afternoon I went for an hour's walk through a nearby natural area. It was minus 6 C (20 F) and very sunny. These days the sun has come back and the rays are a little more direct.
So it was a very peasant afternoon to be out in the sun and shadow.

I took a cold walk today and it was up to forty-eight degrees so I can't complain. I WILL complain that the scenery I experienced wasn't nearly as pretty as yours.

ReplyDeleteI guess not everybody has evergreens. They're a weed here. Most weeds in my yard are spruce.

ReplyDeleteI like it when we get snow and it stays and doesn't melt. When spring comes let it go and be done with.

It's about knee deep here. You don't want to walk off the trail.

DeleteA perfect day for a winter woodsy hike. Wish I'd been there. Here its very very windy and too cold. Baron the GSD and I hunker down and hope for better days...:)
