Since he works full time his posts are infrequent.
He's writing a series of posts now that anyone interested in the outdoors, backpacking or photos should read. This summer he went backpacking and crossed the Rockies
So go over and take a look at Nature and Technology.
My, oh, my! I just paid a visit to the blog you suggested. I can see I will have to set aside a few hours to study it in depth. Thanks for the head's up! :)
ReplyDeleteHe doesn't post often but it's well written plus lots of photography
DeleteI went over also, a very interesting blog for sure and I was coveting his camera lens.. Thanks Red for the tip! :)
ReplyDeleteHe's done some major video work.
DeleteI shall enjoy checking this blog out. Thanks Red! Cute bird photo.
ReplyDeleteI hope you like Phil's blog. The birds were in the feeder by my kitchen window.
DeleteI would be easier for us to make a link to the blog with the link button. I can't find it.
ReplyDeleteThe first Nature and technology is the link. I might have to change some color as it's hard to see.
DeleteI will never be a backpacker! Getting too old for such!
ReplyDeletePhil's partner is much older than you. Most summers Don spends a few weeks in the Arctic. He once spent two weeks in Greenland and another summer in Iceland.
DeleteNor do I camp! His photos are amazing!
ReplyDeleteI've done lots of backpacking but I'm afraid those days are over.
DeleteHeaded there next, always looking for something new
ReplyDeleteVery descriptive prose and photos.
DeleteYes sir! I went right over there and read his latest post. He sure does have a HUGE camera, which he is lugging around the wilderness. I'll be interested in catching up with this guy. Thanks, Red. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's his video camera as at one time he did a lot of video. He did a video on the REd Deer River where he started at it's source and went to it's end.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll like this one.
DeleteThanks for the boost, Red. And thanks everybody for the comments!
ReplyDeleteYou know I think you have a great blog and I just think more people should read it.
