Today we are getting a little snow. Just enough to make it interesting. We've had about 3 - 4 cm which is normal for here . It's not enough to be a challenge to shovel.
I fell sorry for some people in Ontario , Canada who got 26 cm of snow. That would be too much for me to shovel.
Apparently we got around thirty.
ReplyDeleteIt looks pretty but all the shoveling would make it old after a while.
ReplyDeleteAh, winter!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend without any shovelling, Red.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like an "English" amount of snow. I hope you don't have too much shoveling to do.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteWe had a little bit of snow, then the rain came and washed it all away . No shoveling here. Pretty photos. Have a great weekend.
You got just a dusting, which is just the right amount!
ReplyDeleteIt's always nice to see a light snow there. Not too much work, and so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI like the way your photos catch the snow on top of the fence.
ReplyDeleteWe got your little bit yesterday, today we have your cold weather:(
ReplyDeleteSnow can make winter at least LOOK nice. It's better at reflecting light and it covers up the browns and greys.
ReplyDeleteWe were forecast to get a lot of snow last week and because it was falling during the day, I was able to clear it when it was 5 cm deep, then again at the next 5 cm deep, then again when the rest fell. It was easier than shovelling it all at once. I can't do that when it falls at night, though. I'm afraid to go out in a storm when nobody is around in case I fall!
No shoveling is fantastic, enjoy the view.
ReplyDeleteWell not everyone in Ontario got that much! We got only 3-4".
ReplyDeleteWhat's snow? Now rain and wind I have in great abundance.
ReplyDeleteMy blogger friend, William, in Ottawa would exult at lots of snow.
ReplyDeleteWow, you are doing a great job keeping us posted on winter in Red Deer. Keep up the good work! We have had pretty typical Seattle weather recently, but the forecast calls for clearing and cold overnight.
ReplyDeleteIt was a big storm, and more on the way.
ReplyDeleteIt’s Sunday. It’s snowing. Again. We have a transportation issue. Again.
ReplyDeleteLight snow mi not add much cold weather
