Well, what had to happen? Well snow of course.
So snow was forecast. Around 9:00 PM there was wind and the air was full of snow. It snows for about 20 minutes and it was over.
Today it was plus1 with a nasty wind.
It was not pleasant.
Now this is my first post on the lap top, so there are some things I don't have set up because I don't know how. I will find a solution.
Congrats on the new machine. Your post looks good to me. Thanks for the pics!
ReplyDeleteIt's a big challenge for an old man.
DeleteBrrrrrrrr. I know it is coming. We had a couple frosts last week, but I don't mind waiting a while for the white stuff!
ReplyDeleteThis white stuff will disappear and it will turn out nice AGAIN,
Delete.
Oh my! So cold so soon.
ReplyDeleteWell, it's not really cold.
DeleteKeep it Up North as long as you can!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind wither weather as long as we don't get extremely cold or lots of snow.
DeletePlease keep your snow! Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'd enjoy a little snow!
DeleteAnd here it comes! Your new machine is looking good.
ReplyDeleteIt's a challenge for an old man to get used to a new machine.
DeleteIt sounds most unpleasant. Winter comes early to your region.
ReplyDeleteWe will get cold weather and then it warms up again. This snow will melt.
DeleteOh no, it's too soon for snow. Can you keep it all there?
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a wonderful week.
This snow will melt and we will get nice weather again.
DeleteIt looks just fine, Red. I think you will have this figured out quickly. Thanks for the great pictures.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard for an old guy to learn so much new all at once.
DeleteOctober snow is unusual here, but it does happen in some years.
ReplyDeleteMost years we will get some snow in October and it melts. November snow will usually stay.
DeleteI am thinking this snow will not stick!
ReplyDeleteYes, this snow will melt and it will be very nice again.
DeleteUgh!
ReplyDeleteIt's cooler here but not as cold as you, Red, and of course, no snow yet. I'm in no hurry to see it! :)
ReplyDeleteWe will warm up and don't forget that we get chinooks.
DeleteWe flew to Alberta one year the day after Thanksgiving. There was snow and icy roads earlier than we usually have it here on the east coast.
ReplyDeleteWe may have snow but not icy roads. Remember we do get chinooks and snow melts.
DeleteNot sure exactly where you are... but can't imagine snow when it's still so warm/hot here in Texas.
ReplyDeleteI'm in Alberta Canada. We get used to the cold, but this isn't cold.
DeleteLooks like winter is approaching slowly but surely, :(
ReplyDeleteYes change to winter comes slowly.
DeleteIt's a lot cooler here this week but no snow. Time for the winter tires. Have fun with the laptop.
ReplyDeleteWe will still get much more nice weather.
DeleteHappy Thanksgiving Red!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving, Red! Snow? Already? Wow! I know they haven't had it in Illinois yet. At least my daughter hasn't mentioned it and I don't remember ever getting snow this early when we lived there. I would love cooler weather here in Hawaii.
ReplyDeleteSnow on October 12th heralding another loooooong winter. You got to be tough to be a Canadian. I try to imagine how trying winters must have been in the old farmhouse in Esk.
ReplyDeleteOh boy!
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine how hard can be lengthy and severely cold snowy winters dear Red 🙁
ReplyDeleteI hope and pray that may God bless you with strength and positivity to go through all the nasty weather smartly 🤗🤞♥️🙏
I think there's still room in Arizona, Red!
ReplyDeleteI don't want to hear about it!
