There are two ways of meeting difficulties: You alter the difficulties or you alter yourself to meet them.
Phyllis Bottome
Phyllis Bottome was an English novelist and short story writer. She was born in 1884 in Hampstead U.K. Since she was a writer and not a humorist, her quotes are more about how we live.
From Sam Levinson we get the humor that we enjoy. However one could debate the topic about children driving parents nutty. It quite often could be the other way. e could find quotes about the joys of having children.
Altering yourself wouldn't be all that easy... sigh...
ReplyDeleteAnd children? There are joys and there sure are nuttiness. I do remember them well... especially our son. :-D
