Fresh Snow
Yesterday it snowed for about ten hours...wet, heavy, dense. snow. The kind of snow that is fresh and energizes me except when it comes to shovelling.

DeleteOh gosh! 10 hours? That's amazing. That's perfect snowman making weather, isn't it? It all looks so beautiful and here I am sitting here in shorts. Sigh... My granddaughter in Chicago told me that winter is her favorite season because she loves snow.

DeleteNice pictures, Red. We got the same amount... as rain. And although we've got a day off from the rain, it's coming back again Saturday. I love pretty fresh white snow but we'll not be seeing any of it any time soon. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to go on a hike that gets to much higher elevation and then you'll have lots of powdery snow.
DeleteWow, these photos are so beautiful. A true winter wonderland! You get the urge to get out and build a snowman. Except that we don't have any snow yet. Not a single flurry. It's very mild outside; feels like spring!
