I planned my downtown trip today so that I could get some more mural photos that I found recently.
I hit it lucky today and found an artist working on a painting. He told me where I could find more of his work. I like what he's doing since it's on a smaller scale.
Some great work here.
Artist and helper
Artist hard at work.
I'm not sure how the fox and lines behind the fox are related.
This one is a little busy with butterflies
Yes, I know these aren't murals but they are part of the sky line right now.
Those are beautiful murals by a talented artist. It's interesting how the first two show characters playing musical instruments. The butterfly mural almost looks as if it is not completed yet? Thanks for sharing these Red!
ReplyDeleteYes, the first two he skillfully put in musicians. I like it.
DeleteNice murals, my favorite is the raccoon.
ReplyDelete...and we don't have racoons here!
DeleteGlad to find you out and about seeing more of your adopted city.
ReplyDeleteI know most corners of the city from walking, cycling, skiing and running.
DeleteInteresting! And how cool to catch the artist at work. I like the animal/science fusion murals.
ReplyDeleteI did not know what to call these two so now I can do a little more research.
Deletebeautiful murals, I love the raccoon and butterflies.
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a great day!
Lots of wild color with the butterflies.
DeleteNice! I love them all, Red. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYes, they certainly add to a city.
DeletePart of the fox looks great but then the back half goes digital...? So I like the Raccoon!
ReplyDeleteYes, I guess part of the fox is natural normal and then half is influenced by another style.
DeleteBeautiful murals there. I love that you are out taking photos of them and sharing them here.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure people will spend some time downtown ,looking at the murals.
DeleteFrom the physics of all the various variables, I think the fox caught his prey.
ReplyDeleteNeat way to look at it. That's what makes art interesting.
DeleteThere seems to be a run on murals in my newsfeed!
ReplyDeleteI just love them.
This must have been some kind of summer project.
DeleteBeautiful work. I admire such artists!
ReplyDeleteThey do some amazing work. The next think is sidewalk art. we don't have any here.
DeleteThe raccoon and fox ones are my favourites.
ReplyDeleteThe racoon looks like he sees you.
DeleteGreat mural work.
ReplyDeleteI found some more murals so I'll have to get some photos.
DeleteI like them all. The first two remind me of Inuit work. The raccoon and fox are very well rendered. Thanks for sharing them.
ReplyDeleteThe murals are wonderful. My favorite is the fox. I love that cities everywhere are picking up on this.
ReplyDeleteHis work looks good to me.
ReplyDeleteSo many cities have wall murals and Nashua, NH, is among those places. Thanks, Red, for showing some in your downtown trip. The butterfly one caught my attention. Recently a heron mural was completed on a nearby building and Implan to feature it and the artist in a future post as the artwork is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThose murals are gorgeous! The artist is truly talented. Thank you for hunting these murals down for us, Red.
